We are an affordable, effective editorial and publishing service based in a little arts-oriented town in the mountains of New Mexico.
Relham was founded in 2012 by Richard Mahler, who brings to bear decades of experiences in communications. Richard is the author (or co-author) of 13 published books, both fiction and non-fiction. As a journalist, his work has been featured in hundreds of publications and dozens of websites as well as on NPR, CBC, and CBS Radio. Relham's founder is also an experienced editor, graphic artist, and webmaster who favors highly personalized work for non-profit organizations and first-time authors.
Most of our work is done in-house, but we occasionally call on outside experts whose talents we respect and abilities we admire.
Free estimates are provided on request for any project, large or small. Custom work is a specialty. Rates are negotiable.

"Richard helped me with every aspect of my manuscript, starting with questioning my working title—which I ultimately, with his help changed. He worked on the most technical matters (getting permissions for quotations), on the finicky but essential details (finding typos, inconsistencies, awkward transitions, and sequence problems), and on the big picture concerns (where chapters should break and when I needed to tell more). He knows about the formatting and printing process, and the finished book now looks as good as it reads. Richard's enthusiasm and good humor kept up my spirits, and he helped bring my book to a level that makes me proud."
